How to use public transport
The easiest and best way to get your ticket is by using our app. The app is available in Swedish and English.
To start using the English version of our app, please change the language settings in the app. You can also change the general language setting on your phone to English.
In the app you can buy a ticket for a single journey or a 24 hour ticket. If you are traveling frequently with us there is also a 30-day or a 365-day ticket available in the app.

Östgötatrafiken´s two customer centres are located at the Travel Centres in Linköping and Norrköping. At the customer centres you can get information about our routes, timetables and tickets. You are also welcomed to call our customer service. The phone number is 0771-211010, and the call costs the same as a local call.
