Travel terms & conditions
What we guarantee you!
As our passenger, you will be able to rely that the bus, tram or train will depart as planned, and that you will arrive in time. We also guarantee that vehicles with low-level entry will actually be used for the departures and routes that are noted in the printed timetable as having these vehicles.
We promise that we will keep to the timetable and that you will receive information about the journey you need.
You must have a valid ticket
If an inspection shows that you do not have a ticket, or you have an incorrect or invalid ticket, you will have to pay a surcharge of 1,200 crowns in addition to the ordinary fee for the journey, in accordance with the Public Transport Surcharge Act.
The surcharge is 600 crowns for young people.

You can also ask the driver or train host for help. We will then make sure that you can reach your destination in some other way.
