Travelling conditions
General travel conditions
If the bus, train or tram fails to arrive or is late contact Traffic Information, 0771-21 10 10 for up-to-date information on the cause of the delay and when you can expect the next departure.
Travel connections
If the bus, train or tram you are travelling on is running late and you have a travel connection, discuss this with the driver or ticket collector. We will always do our utmost to see that you reach your destination. You must allow for at least a 5-minute margin at a bus terminal for bus connections, if changing buses at bus stop allow a larger time margin. We do our best to maintain arrival and departure times specified in our timetables. We cannot be responsible for other travel connections. If in doubt, contact the driver.

Traffic disturbances occur from time to time and it is our policy to see that the traveller always reaches his destination. However, ÖstgötaTrafiken is not in control of situations classed as force majeure. This includes exceptional conditions, industrial strike and lockout, power failure and simular.
We reserve the right to change timetables and bus routes and stop traffic due to circumstances beyond our control.

If travelling in a group numbering more than 10 persons we recommend that you inform Östgötatrafiken at least 5 days in advance of travel to allow, if necessary, for extra seating to be arranged. Telephone 013-37 11 43 monday-friday 07.00-22.00.
